HELP! Idle speed adjustment screw

New engine, idles @ right below 2000 rpm, needs to be right below 1000 rpm.....
I cant find the Idle speed adjustmet screw on my 1991 nissan sentra se-r.
I think my timing is off as well but i cant adjust that until i get it to idle correctly..........any suggestons???
as far as I know i dont have any vacume leaks, and I believe my EGR valve is working properly........

The screw is on the passenger side (left side if you are looking at the motor) of the manifold, it's to the left of the oil filter. You'll need a flat head screw driver to adjust it.

theres a better right up about it in the tech. library....but yeah just find the screw by your oil filter and yer set.

Here is my best guess from memory:

1) Stand in front of the engine with the hood open

2) Put your left hand on the upper LEFT corner of the valve cover (closest to passenger side-view mirror)

3) Move your hand back about 4 inches towards the windshield, then move it about 2 inches to your left - it should be right around there, it may be plastic looking but since you have a B13 probably not.
