Help please! more problems. Running Rich. long

Alright heres the scenario, new engine, trying to break it in, it has 392 miles on it, and seemed to be running fine except for an occasional jumping idle, then it started to die when I came to complete stops, but would usually start right back up......
I did run about a half a tank of STP injector cleaner through it before it started acting funny not sure if that has anything to do with it though. I also change a coupled of rough vacume lines with new ones.
Today I was going to set the timing and idle speed but I couldnt get the damn thing to Idle low enough, to get an accurate timing reading, then after it had been running for a while it died and didnt want to strat again.....I later realized by pulling a couple of the spark plugs that the engine was flooding.....I pulled the fuel pump fuse, cranked the engine and it started and burned off the excess gas, then I put the fuse back in and the car started up and ran for a couple of minutes then died.....I repeated the process and it started again but the same thing happened......the car will not stay running, and if I give it gas it dies immediatley.....what the hell is wrong??? If I have the fuel lines reversed would the car run for those first 390 miles?? I dont think this is the problem but I dont know...

Im thinking.....
1. MAF sensor
2. FPR jacked up?
3. Fuel pump.
4. Injector malfuntion

Im kinda lost at the present time so any ideas or procedures to fix this will be greatly appreciated......thanks to all who reply......

Never ever use an injector cleaner on SR20 injectors. Here's a helpful reading. Search and read a bit more around here before you do anything to your car or engine, just a future FYI.

so should I take my injectors out and have the flow benched? to see if they are crapped out, or is there more than likely another cause to this problem....
