difference between z32 MAFs TT or non turbo

is there a difference between a Z32 non-turbo MAF and a Z32 TT MAF-just curious before i go get one-any info would be apreiciated-thanks justin

They are the same. It's the same part number for TT or NA.

What about the Maxima MAF? Same engine right? diffrent or same MAF?

I believe it is not the same one. The Maxima does NOT share the same engine. If its a 89-94 it's a VG30E for the optional VE30DE. If it's the newer style maximas they use the VQ engines. The Z32 uses the VG30DE on the N/A and the VG30DETT on the Twin Turbo.

My friend has a 91 Maxima SE and he has the VE30DE but on his Owners guide it says the "Owners with the VG30DE" I'll have to google it. brb

Edit: my friends car is '92.
Heres a link but the old SEs looks like a single came engine so i dunno

the 92-94 SE has the VE30DE motor, all others have the VG30E
it looks liek the 95 motor, but its not.

the 300zx uses the VG30DE series motor.


definitley not the same motor. however you can put a Z31 turbo motor in a 89-94 Maxima. dont ask me how i know, I used to have a 92 SE
