Aftermarket Coil to Distributor Wire

The stock coil is a socket, the aftermarket coil (Crane) is a plug (tower). Does the stock coil to distributor wire fit? If not, where can I find this wire/connectors?

One option i found was to use a Blaster-2 coil or a Crane PS-60 coil with the right head.

just cut and solder the wires together! i have the msd sci and the msd blaster coil. i cut the socket that led iinto the stock coil and soldered the 2 wires to the positive and negative wires on the msd sci. thats the easiest way to go.

we are talking about the thick high voltage wire here.

I have the crane coil. You have to cut and solder the stock two wires on the harness of the crane coil, then you have to buy a replacement cables thats long enough to run from the stock cpa to the coil's position. Real easy any auto parts store should have one.

for future reference, those that got the 10mm wires, magnecor can fab up a 10mm wire from a HEI(tower)-type coil to our stock dist cap socket. less than $20. with this you can use blaster 3, blaster ss, crane coils, etc.
