flywheel bolt settings (s13 sr20)

Does anyone know what the settings for the flywheel bolts should be?

61-69 ft-lb on the flywheel to crank. 16-22 on the pp to flywheel.

torque settings, engine manuals

Hello,

I have been searching for the past hour on the net for torque settings for the flywheel bolts in an SR20DE S13 silvia.................Do you think I could find anything helpful??? No!!!! Was the same with the main and big end torque settings.

Does anyone know of a good site that gives info like this? or where I can download a manual or something!!!!!!!!!!!
