Big Idle Problem

Well I was on my way to fix my motors yesterday, when my Idel started screwign up. First it would rev up to 4000 RPM in neutral and when clutch was pushed in. That stopped after a while and my idle just bounced aroudn for a while. On the freeway, it woudl rev to 7k on the rpm and stay there. I would have to shut my car off every time I would stop. Then My break started to get harder to push in (felt like car was still off). Anyways, the way we fixed it, the little idle screw worked its way out. We screwed it back in but it wanted to come out again so we took the whole this off. Also it made the cruise control throttle body screw up and loose. Damn Nissans .

The throttle adjustment screw requires a jam nut.
