You mean the engine is turning over, its just not starting up..right?
Is it turning over normal? or weakly?
Do all the standard checks.(battery, fuses, battery cables, connection of the battery cable to the starter, anything you might have forgotten to reconnect.) If all that checks out move on to the ignition system(spark plugs, Ign wires, rotor, cap). If its not there, move on to fuel delivery(fuel injectors, fuel pump).
