Found the cause of my fuel/exhaust smell....
For the longest time I've had a problem with smelling gas/exhaust fumes in the cabin. I replaced all the rubber fuel lines months ago and the carbon canister, so the only thing left was to check the fuel check valve on the tank. It turns out that it was bad and replacing it totally got rid of the gas/exhaust fumes 100%. So if you have fumes coming into the cabin and you know your fuel lines/cabon canister are good replace the check valve.
