Rod Knock/ Lost compression

Hey guys what’s going on? Ok so if anyone read the other thread i had posted, The sending unit broke and i lost all oil while driving. I stopped and got towed home. Plugged the hole and refilled the oil. So i started her up and went for a drive. The car and it does not go anywhere! It’s slower than a fat kid running the mile. I really do not know what to do. I did not drive the car for long once I noticed that the oil was gone. Could the Cylinder walls be screwed up and I’m getting no compression? The car feels like it wants to die and it does if you take it out of gear.
