Quick MAF question

After some searching I couldnt find a clear and definate answer. I received a MAF tonite from my friend. He told me it was his friends from Votec for his car. He wasnt sure what MAF it was but had a Maxima sensor in it(this is what he tells me). After some picture searching, I come to the conclusion its a vq35 maf. Question is, can I in fact use this with a VE? Im aware that I would need a JWT ecu of some form to run anything other than a VE MAF. Also, what kind of pigtail would I need to run the VQ maf if possible?
