Photos: Brackets and Wires

I'm finally getting around to posting a few pictures of the VE install. Maybe these pictures will be a useful reference for future installs.

Bill,

I noticed your FSTB is touching your intake pipe. I am having a similar problem in that my FSTB is barely brushing my intake manifold. Have you had any problems with this? Is there a FSTB that will not cause such rubbage?

My FSTB does not rub anywhere -- the angle of the picture is misleading. If I can remember the brand of the brace I am using I will post it up. Foggy memory at this time.

yeah, I have a stillen, and no rubbage.

Good pics, Your throttle cable bracket looks welldone.

(If yours is rubbing you can try rotating the intake pipe.. This is really easy if your battery has been relocated.)

I'd say ignore the first regulator, (one on left) if that is what it is.. some one told me it was a "dampner" although is seems like no one really knows what it does. ?
A fpr holds pressure across the whole fuel rail.

The FPR is on the one on the driver's side. I'm still dialing in my fuel pressure and will post when I have finished. Right now I'm around 47 psi at idle with the vacuum hose removed and plugged.

If need be, you could remove that bracket that is in the way of the regulator. A few people have.
