Good catch, its a qr tranny. JWT supplied a primera bell housing to bolt it to the block.

I have searched on this (so excuse the ignorant questions) but what else was done to get the tranny to work besides bell housing? Which axles and hubs were used.? It is the Spec V 6 speed right?

I'm sure since it is a B15, he used stock axles. I need to talk a friend of mine to do the same with his spec V. Did this car start out as a QR25 car or a SR20 car?

No shift knob as I recently got outbidded for it by someone on ebay
Car puts down ~184 hp and ~152 lbs/ft torque to the wheels
Not extraordinary numbers but I'm building for reliability. Speed will come later as I drive faster.
I haven't had a chance to shake the car down yet so there are still some unknowns to it. We'll work them out as they show up.

184 at the wheels is pretty good for the mods you listed. I hope I can get that high when I dyno.

As far as I know, Carl Davis is the first to be a VE in a B15.

*JWT Flywheel
*Modified clutch with the spindle sleeve lengthened (input shaft too short)
*Throw out bearing modifed with the collar lengthened
*Stock Spec V axles
*Stock Spec V hubs
*Stock 02 Spec V 6-speed tranny
*Had to put an aluminum spacer between the engine block and the passenger side axle bracket because the axle bracket bolt pattern (off the qr) doesn't match up with the bolt pattern on an sr block. Used the spacer to have the axle bracket bolt on to.
