SR20VE Valvetrain "Durability"?

Greetings all,

I was just curious as to how much "abuse" the SR20VE valvetrain can withstand. Specifically, I would like to know (a.) what is the greatest (recommended) engine speed that can be attained on the factory valvetrain before valve float and rocker arm failure (if the SR20VE still uses hydrualic lash adjusters) become problems, and (b.) will aggressive aftermarket cams require stiffer valve springs (I know this isn't specific, because it depends upon what is considered "aggressive"...)?

Thanks in advance...

Well, there are a few people with big cams and aftermarket springs/retainers reving to 10k. Most people just don't feel the need to rev that high.
