New IAC/ AAC
Is the ve iac/aac the same as the de? If I need to replace it will I be able to convert?

Eh, all you need is the IAC, and you can run one off any car really. I have a KA24DE IAC valve on my sentra and don't have an AAC valve at all. The idle is mint, the only issue is you don't have a cold idle. I just set idle up with the throttle, it sits at 950rpm and let it run a few secs before I take off.
