VE pieces in oil pan!!!

ok this ve was over revved and then started clacking which steadily got louder over a few days... started tearing apart and in the oil pan there was what looks like the tensioner lock/pin it locks onto answers please???

YEAH!!! wait thats the problem i tried to it wont come out, its like glued in or something i tried prying and using a screw driver but nothing happens

problem solved i called andreas the tensioner crack i had to whack it out with a screwdriver, andreas is the SR god
