I don't know how many people have mated a VE to the actual auto tranny (not CVT), but one of the members turbo'ed is auto B14. His first name is Lew and he lives in TX. I forgot his screen name, but I believe he had Level 10 tweak his auto.

Review his posts on his DE-T build, and that should give you plenty of info for a bolt-on VE build.

Down here we call them the CVT
I remember talking to someone about that a while ago. If I remember rightly it is doable but you would have to keep the P10 DE ecu and remap it to run the VE (which means you would need to run a cam switching system of some sort). That would be the easiest way because the auto computer runs through the engine loom (well it did on my car anyway). As for the auto gearbox handling the extra torque that's a whole nother ball game. Not to mention the fact that it is going to be shifting gears earlier than you'd want it to.
