power steering line bracket

Reading that other thread about the power steering made me remember something. On the larger power steering line there is a bracket that I believe use to attatch somwhere on the intake manifold (Highport DE). Now with the VE there is no place for it. I have left it unattatched since I did the swap. Where are you guys attatching it, or are you leaving it off? I also have thermoblock spacers, so my intake manifold is moved slightly.

In my car, I left the line just hanging there. 2 years, no issues.

IIRC, I did some grinding, drilling or bending on the original bracket and made it work somehow. Take a look and see if you can figure something out -- if you feel like it. I don't really think it will cause any problems if you leave it off, though, like Eric said.

I just took apart the bracket. It was annoying me that it was just hanging there. One 10mm bolt losens it up i think.
