Engine Code

my CEL came on it is was 5 long and 5 short blinks. I looked it up and it was "No self diagnostic codes present" What does this exactly mean. That nothing is wrong or there is something else wrong or what. To mean this sounds like a dumb question but why would my CEL come one and read this???

55 means all clear, no codes.

mine says that also but when i take my key out all dash lights are on checked fuse box in front left eng controle was blown replaced it still has same dash lights on ecu reads 55 bullsh*t, not the ignition checked it olready took whole thing apart cleaned everything not ignition switch and not a fuse or relays checked all of them

Thanks for the input, I would hate to have something wrong already, ive only had this car for 6 months
