Calum ecu question

I can't pm Calum, and I tried to email him. So I figured I would ask here. Can I use the ve dist. with the Calum ecu? If so, would he need the ve ecu or could he still use the de? My car is already running on the ve stuff, dist, inj, maf, ecu etc. I really don't want to rewire the de dist. back on, but I don't have too many tuning options with the ve ecu. A piggy back just won't do, the idle/revving problems are a PITA. Anyone else done this or inquired about it before?

You shouldn't have a problem with calum's ECU. I'm not sure about the difference in coils though.

I thought about that, but I would rather have something I can tune. I will let you know if I change my mind though.
