ve dyno

In case you guys were interested. Here is my baseline dyno run before the VE goes down for some work. JWT VE computer for DE MAF and VE injectors, hotshot CAI, Fuji Header, STock Cat, Greddy Sp exhaust, timing at 15deg. No tuning, no intentions of tuning right now, just a baseline. Disregard the first run, the guy at the dyno didnt let the car warm up all the way.

Dont quote me but i believe the sp for the b13 is 50mm. I am happy with the numbers, the curve was smooth and it seems ballpark for others with a similar setup.

nice max numbers. You have a lot of potential to pick up power below 4500rpm, you should be able to get about 125lb-ft.

Also, what are your cam switching points? I see that your power peaks around 4500rpm, then drops and builds again.

both cams switch at 4500. I could probably smooth the curve a bit if i raised the switch point a couple hundred rpm but i dont think it would be a drastic difference.

I am probably going to rework the head and do some cams pretty soon. Just wanted to see waht i was putting down for now. Not bad considering ive flogged the sh*t out of that thing for the last 3 years.

yeah, you are right you know. The down low torque looks really low now that i think about it. I wonder if the timing is being retarded for some reason or if the big cam is activated the whole time. I'll have to try and figure it out once i get the car back on the dyno. At least i know the peak is OK, that is the important part right now until i get my other cams installed.
