whp expectations

Given our history with the SR20DE where a full bolt SE-R (intake, header, pullies, ECU, exhaust, no cams) makes the same whp as the factory crank rating I would expect similar results from the SR20VE. I'm betting Amber's car with a proper VE header, 2.5" exhaust, CAI, and pullies (if they ever become available) would get close to 187 whp. Then find some SR16VE type cams and 200 whp should not be out of the question.

Thank you Nathan, this is exactly what I meant. I do know the difference in WHP and BHP. But as Bigtom also says, it might be lower in HP with the CVT tranny.
