valve collet

i did a search and didnt find much. i am missing one and it caused my valve to drop. car is just sitting still. bought some franklin valvesprings and some new retainers but i dont have any collets. i also have some valves. im just about ready to take this appart but i need to have the collets. are these available upgraded? any help or point me in a direction.

^^what he said ^^ valve locks, i.e. valve keepers, valve collet locks. holds the valve to the retainer.

i would think you could use the DE ones, there are no VE ones available through traditional means.

you might be able to have a machine shop order the part. it's standard on all DOHC cars it's just a matter of finding the right size
