Yes it will. The N1 trans and standard SR16VE trans are the same. If it is the early type 98-99 it comes cable which is a direct fit. If it is 2000 and newer it will be Hydralic type like B15 Senta. Or if it come out of a N15 it is Cable and if it comes out of a N16 it is Hydralic.

Is there any modifications at all needed for one of these trannys? ie) tranny mount on driver's side. Does it use the stock axles? How about the input shaft, same spline? Shifter, is it cable type or rod type? Does it have a helical LSD? The reasons I am asking is because I am seriously considering one of these this summer. Please help!!!!

If you get the cable actuated clutch type tranny, then it is exactly the same as a 95-97 SE-R tranny, with the only diffence being the gear ratios. Same strength, same mounting points, same VLSD.

Are you saying that you got a VE and tranny from someplace. If so what engine and tranny did you get?

What NismoSER said. You can also highlight and delete sections that don't apply like I just did on this post. Be carful not to delete the codes that tell the forum it is in bold and also a quote. Took me a while to figure that out also.

Cool. You got a VE and before me. Paint me green with envy.

To answer the question in another tread about injector size look at this thread www.sr20deforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=16902 It has all the answers + some questions.

Were did you get the VE from?

Steve

It's in the ve section called "Maxing out the injectors" or something like that.

So how did you end up with the VE? Is this for you or one of your clients?
