Gear box oil for Pulsar VZR

Any recommendations?

1. It should be GL4.
2. It would be better if it was fully synthetic.
3. You might be searching for ages for something like that!!!!

Seriously now, there is no widely available fully synthetic GL4 ONLY (and not GL5) gear oil.

Motul states that their GL5-certified gear oils (MotulGear 300 and MotylGear 75w-90 <-- this one is semi-synthetic though) actually do not contain any harmfull ingredients for yellow-metals. I have asked them via the "forum" facility of their site and they replied that both of those CAN be used for FWD trannies like ours with no danger of harming the synchros.

Myself, I am using either MotylGear 75w-90 or plain Shell 75w90 (not synthetic) and change it every 2 years of 30K Km, whichever comes first. For street usage, even spirited, I do not think that you need more protection.
