This is basically my motor. To save time we eventually went with a sr20ve and just put the sr16ve cams in it. Other then the slighly lower compression (.3) and not having a a engine that has been opened up it is the same thing. In the end my car makes 185whp which works out to 218 crank hp (pretty close to 220 if you ask me). Mine makes peak HP at 7200rpm but only looses about 5whp from peak to redline. Andreas also has some special stuff coming to me that should get me to about 190 whp and help me hold power up top a little more.

Two little lights on either side of the valve cover. It does not make 5 WHP but it sure looks like it does. Dont tell Steve I said so, he actually thinks this two light add on is going to work.

You the man, Steve. I'm counting on you to be the guinea pig for all these new bits from Andreas. I'll likely be installing the SR16 cams later this winter and hope to have the same access to the secret performance enhancements Andreas is working on. One thing though, you guys forgot to tell me the secret VE handshake

Hey could anyone tell me how much a VE head is going for? I have a roller motor in my 98 SE-R(spun a bearing in the orginal),i'm thinking about going turbo or doing the head swap.

Your biggest problem isn't going to be pricing, it's availability. Because of the rarity of someone selling just the head it will probably be pretty expensive.
