N1 harness and sr20ve harness

Is there a difference between those 2 harnesses because I pluged the N1 ecu up to my sr20ve harness and it wouldn't start. The sr16ve ecu though, works perfectly. So?

there is a huge difference in the n1 harness, the n1 has 8 injectors and the pin outs are all different from the ecu

N1 also only has one VVL solenoid but as stated, the wiring is very different.

Been a long time since I looked in an N1 engine bay.

EVLDAN: Yeah, they do have a CVT with a torque converter. It is very similiar to the Primera M6 CVT. Check the part numbers

Bad answer to a very legitimate question from someone who would BE able to help you if you were nice or simply more specific...

That's the bad thing about forums, etc. You may never know who you are 'talking" to...
