head swap???

would it be necesary to swap from my stock 16ve head 2 a 20ve or 20v head if i were to upgrade to 2L crank, pistons etc.... ??? would leaving the 16ve head on make any difference??

Leave the 16VE head and cams, just fit 2L crank/rods/bearings to the 16VE block

Search, it has been covered.

not really, the 16ve pistons are a point or so higher then the 20ve's.

you could swap your head onto a sr20ve if you have a healthy sr20ve laying around.

you could also swap in a sr20 8 counter weight crank and rods into your bottom end. just make sure you notch the pistons for the oil squiters.
