how to wire in a VAFC to control the solinoids.

you can use the vafc to control the solinoids but you cant tune with it. i used it for about a week then switched to summit switches and got a safc. but for the bling factor of having 2 apex screens hanging out heres how to do it.

red-power
red-power
black-ground
brown-ground
green-tach(rpm signal)
gray-tps
Purple-solinoid signal input(from ecu if you have a vvl ecu)
Pink-solinoid signal output(to the solinoid)

wire the solinoids to have constant power and switched ground.

87------ to the solinoid
87a----
86------signal
85------ground
30------ground

i was asked for info on this and found my notes fromwhen i did my swap...

i dont think it would be nessecary to add the vafc due to that its more for vtech and start fooling around with vvl soleniods. better off just going with the safc itself and save yourself a few $$$$
