Just an anecdote on performance

I know I'm going to get in trouble for posting this, but maybe somebody will have fun with it:
Be it known that a classic/VE with a bunch of suspension stuff won't keep up with a new smart suspension 745 bimmer through a tight increasing altitude decreasing radius reverse camber turn, but it darn near stays even with one through 3rd gear redline - - - with 3 folks and 75 lbs of tools in the car.

In the VE. Each about 170. Two in the 745.

When will you ever grow up. Yes we know your only 22 years old but by this time you should start being a responsible member of society. Us old folks find it apauling to watch you guys having fun in your cars.

Listen grow up, get a job and use your car for what it was ment for basic transportation and not a road rocket.

Dont blame the guy who sold you the gun, blame the guy how loaded it, pointed it and fired.

When you get a chance please give me a call so I can give you a stern warning and lecture.

Jerry, next time you're up this way, let me know via PM or e-mail.

BTW, when I had the EVL EGG, I had a similar experience with a Porsche 993 cabrio. I think he was a bit surprised that I didn't fall off much on the straight - kept up with him on the entrance ramp, though.

And notice I DIDN'T blame the speed dealer!
