Ok, Well i just got done with my VE install... Cranks, but is not turning over. Has Fuel and Spark... What am i missing??? Everything is Connected... except for EGR plugs... and one by the Powersteering that has the same plug as the EGR it is Black... there is 3 total that are not plugged. What else is there???
IACV wiring connected? Pic of the left over plugs could help diagnose where they go. Did you connect the Knock sensor(although that won't stop it from starting)
Does it have spark at the spark plugs? Did you connect the ignition module?

its not turning? the engine..... if thats the problem, check the injector o ring and see if it has one or if its damaged. ive had this problem to where i forgot the oring and flodded the piston with gas, then while trying to crank it, it locked the engine because it couldnt compress the fuel, i emptyed the piston out, fixe d the oring, and turned on fine. Just an idea, dont understand exactly its doing.

oh, so the car doesnt turn, DO THIS, Take out all spark plugs, and spin the engine with a rachet through the crank pully. if its too hard, try really hard, i remember i bought a engine that was old and sitting for a year and when i tried to turn it over, it was so hard, so i had to put tranny fluid into the pistons and manually spin the engine until it got softer, then i changed the oil.
make sure you have all spark plugs out. If the car doesnt turn like that, then looks like you have a bad engine......
From what i can see on that throttle body, that engine seemed to be in (non clean looking conditions)
ok, those plugs i think i know what they are, one is for OIL pressure, and the other is for the Power Steering. I think that might be it, they both go to the passenger side of the car behind the engine. The L looking one is oil pressure, and the other one is for power steering so when you turn and the engine idles low, it will idle the engine up. Let me know........

The plugs you are talking about won't reach that high up or over. The power steering plug is ~6 inches from where the main harness comes out of the firewall.
The one plug looks like the EGR solenoid and the other plug is a mystery plug that I've never seen connected on a B13.
EDIT: Take a look at chriscar's picture, he has the same two unplugged.
