SR20VE in a P10 G20?

I have a '93 g20 and I'm assuming that since the engine is out of a primera it might be easier for me to do. However, logic settled into my cranium last night and this is the dilemma I'm now facing.

1 - Since its a 97-99 car would it not be an OBII as oppsed to my OBII?

2 - '94 and up sr20's are low port? Can the changeover from high to low be done?

3 - Will there be a wiring difference?

4 - Does this mean I loose my 7800 rpm redline? If so what happens if I cross 6000rpm? (BOOM)?
