Stock VE Exhaust manifold

Any reason I should keep this thing? Is anybody interested in it?

Send it to me so I can test dyno results against an Extrude-honed manifold.

I can do that but you'll have to pay to ship this monstrocity.

If the motor he gets has a manifold, you get the manifold.

Yeah that will probably be expensive. Maybe you should keep it and use it as a boat anchor.

I hate to throw it away so maybe I'll find a spot in the corner of the storage room.

Hang on to it. I am sure there will be more than a few people swapping who will find themselves short the exhaust manifold (possibly me).

Thanks

Yeah i might need it =) I'll come pick it up.... would that manifold be better for a stock de motor or will the overlap(of the mating surfaces) be bad for it?

I can't imagine anyone wanting this for anything but a VE.

I don't know. Ever since you first posted I have been thinking of turning it into an end table or something. I thought with two you could make a coffee table with some nice smoked glass. A friend of mine had an Alfa engine he kept talking about doing this too.

Seriously,

Save it for a little while. You never know you might want it. Heaven forbid you crack your header or something. I could also see porting and extrude honing the thing. Maybe I will pay you to ship it to someone who can do that. I still don't have header deal finished/started.
