VE is not starting???

Ok I am doing a VE swap for my friends 95' 200sx se-r and it turns over just fine but is not getting spark when I check it with my timing light, and when I look into the cumbustion chamber it does'nt look wet so I'm guessing it has no fuel either. All the wires are connected except for the two EGR clips. The fuel lines are not mixed up because I'm using my 92' se-r with a running VE swap as a copy, to bad his dizzy is different than mine. Also he has some corrosion around the spark plug seats that may be stopping them from completing a circuit.

It has a DE maf, DE dizzy, DE AAC valve, and a JWT ECU.

I hope some one can help soon, we would like to get this running asap.

Sounds an electical problem.
Have you checked all four plugs for a spark? You could have a defective dizzy.
If your getting no fuel, yet have fuel to the rail, then the injectors aren't firing. Use a nod lamp to check each. Plug it into the end of each injector plug ad swing it over. The lamp should pulse. if you get a pulse, then the problem is with the injectors. If no pulse then your wiring is wrong somewhere....

Take the distributor off and take the cap off. With the key on/engine off, slowly rotate the distributor rotor. You should easily be able to hear each injector clicking. If an injector isn't firing, put a flat head screw driver on top and give it a few taps with a hammer to free it up. Rotate the rotor and listen.

I ran across this problem when I first did my install, easy to diagnose when reading the plugs.

None of that works. We found out that the fuel pump is not even working and the ECU is not getting power, we are sure it's because the relay atached to the ECU wiring is missing.

Don't know which relay you mean. I don't recall seeing one on my P11.
Anyway, sound like you need to start from basics and work out what is working and whats not. That'll most likely narrow down the fault to a specific fuse or relay...

did you attach the two grounds to the intake manifold.. towards the back near the firewall?

It was the ECU relay mounted next to the ECU, the b13's is green and the b14's are blue. Some idiot at Tokyo Speed Pros took it off and threw it away when they took the ECU out to send it out for the VE program. It cost Downshift $30 to replace it.

BTW that shop sucks, I went there and they had garbage every where and no one was doing anything, now wonder the car sat there for over three months! Downshift's amp was stolen by them to.
