Its a tough one to answer as there isn't a lot (any?) documented results for either of these cams. If you are building an all out race motor i would probably go for the kelfords as i believe they are made to suit the spec of your motor. I like franklins personally but thats only because i have dealt with both companies and i think adrian is way nicer to deal with, I'd rather support someone who wants my business. Probably a bit different when your dealing with them over the net though.
