Stroker Kit Advice

Whats up fellas.I'm thinking of buying a stroker kit from Rage Performance in Florida. This kit is for a DE.So what compression piston should I get so the ve engine will be at 11.1 compression or whats the highest compession piston I can use on 93 octane.I'm going to use N1 cams so how deep should I get the valve notches.I dont have enough money for sleeves so whats the max bore with stock sleeves.I'm also going to spray a 100 shot.I need all this information before buying. All advice will be aprecciated.

The max bore you can use is 87.5mm. It is tested on my DE: 40,000km with hard pulls on the track and street, 8500+ rpm without problems on piston/sleeves side.
The valve notches would be like 16VE ones.
