Yellow4g63 to test Franklin Stage 4

Andwele has very kindly offered to dyno test the Franklin Stage 4 cams for everybody, he will be testing them against the stock SR20VE cams. Adrian from Franklin & Charles are cool with this arrangement so we should see some American figures in the next couple of weeks.

I'd like to say thank you very much to Yellow4g63 for doing this for us and also to Charles for being so good about it, especially after this week's little spat between North & South.

In order to keep this thread on-topic, I ask the mods to delete any post likely to antagonise or start an argument.

These are the cams that were sent to Andreas & Charles. Full credit to Charles for helping to make this happen, he's shipping them to Yellow4g63 so that they can be dyno'd.

For those that don't know yet, Charles' gearbox expired early on in the cam testing process & Andreas' is still waiting for uprated springs to suit his 20V so couldn't do the test yet.

Andwele has the engine ready to go so is the best person right now.. I would still love to see them tried in Charles' built motor one day.

Since Andy also has the Calum ecu, hopefully he can play around with timing and fuel to try and maximize power potential from these cams while on the dyno.

Yup will be doing that. Cant wait to strap the car down onto the dyno and see how much it will get. Doing this without cam gears, it's going to be a bolt in and ecu tune.

I'm going to dyno it in Ivans VE since he has valve springs (Still on Stockers) and a nice header and exhaust setup. He has the 20V exhaust manifold to 3" downpipe to 3" exhaust and also real time ecu and valve springs.

No... Read up a lil bit Charles is going to send them to Yellow4g63 to be tested. He was just saying that he just pulled them out of his motor.
