Cylinder 1-3: 250
Cylinder 4: 220

does that look normal??

Never seen those plugs before, what did you tell the dealership to get plugs for? I know up north, I don't even bother asking for anything for the SR20VE, as they'll have no clue.

Your compression does NOT look good man. How does it run? How many K's on your car? That variance is way out of spec.

i told them i needed plugs for my 92 sentra se-r sr20de...i tink he gave me plugs off an 99 up g20 or so...

besides the compression numbers the car drives great!!...i did the test when the car was cold and warm too...cold gave me these numbers and warm gave me around the same results...*** could it be causing high compression??

There have been a couple of threads on spark plugs for the VE. You should get the BKR6E-N plugs, they are specifically suited to the VE. Not sure about the other plugs.

As for low compression, it could be several factors. Bad rings, dirty valve & valve seats, etc. Did you try squirting a bit of motor oil into the cylinders before testing it? If the compression goes up with some oil, that usually means bad rings, or a scored cylinder wall. Either way, low compression on one cylinder is usually not an easy fix I hate to say. As long as it's driving fine though, I don't think it will need to be fixed right away. Good luck!
