Just Dynoed

Sr20VE/SR16 cams
NFPR @ 30
VE MAF, 333 inj
Calum ECU @15 degrees, 8000 redline
WAI, SSAC2.5 header, open exhaust
MSD set at 4800 (both cams)
this was just a dyno..not tuned yet

It mean to advance the intake and retard the exhaust.

huh, looks like my dyno at 3500 ft elevation, runs really strong man.

thanks...by the way also need to get it tuned...hopefully i can get at least 185+ whp..

i had 3 runs and all the numbers were exactly the same...thats weird!!

You should see a power increase with tuning. I would expect the 185 area as well. I think maybe timing should be played with a little. at 19 advance I pulled 169 at 3500 ft untuned. I just adjusted the timing to get that number. Every engine is different but I would play with the timing a little bit and see what you hit.

Nice power, is the pull till 8k? or did they stop it short? I put down the same hp but my pull was stoped at like 7500 (too scared to go to 8k without valve springs lol).

are you talking about a motor other than the one with the F cams?

got a question on the fuel pressure..*** do you guys set yours @..mines @ 30 psi..knowing i put out 178 on the dyno..maybe i can squeeze out more HP if i increase the pressure...

where should the PSI be at with calum ecu/333 inj, stock Fuel pump??

i set mine on the dyno untill i found a perfect(a little safe, so lost some power) A/f ratio. it ended up being 45psi

The fuel presure should be at 44 PSI with the vacum hose off or about 36 PSI with vacum hose one.

It also looks like if you move the cam switch point down to 4400 RPMs you will get a much wider power curve. You can see the trend on the dyno by the large jump from small lobe to big lobe HP
