What gear oil for SR16VE gearbox ?
I have a SR16VE Gearbox with Cusco LSD
likely more like 2way LSD

which gear oil is highly recommended for the gearbox ?

jap cat says 80w90.
some people advice 75w140 for racing.

SR16VE comes stock with a viscous LSD. I believe that Nismo and Cusco LSD's do not fit the SR16VE gearbox. There is a mechanical type LSD that fits but it is NOT cheap.

it is Cusco LSD inside the gearbox
it not viscous LSD

and it bloody noisy !!!
