its never been printed in english as far as anyone knows. its one of the most simple devices in the intire world to use though and there is a writeup on here if you search.
Hey dude... well buddy there is no english version of it... product comes straight from japan and they never pack a english version. Best you could do is look on here for the wiring diagram layout. It miight also explain how to work the mss. i have it on my car.. not hard to use once you get used to it.
