Im going vvl!!

Well i crunched some numbers last night and this morning and now that ive been making good money i've decided that im gonna go vvl. depending on it if i can source a det block for cheap in time or not will be the final toll on if i will be able to do my det/ve hybrid, but as of now im gonna be purchasing a vvl on May 20th, 2008 and installing it on memorial day weekend. So the count down begins as of tomorrow because that will be the first large amount saved for the ve. im stoked.

62 days til im vvl'n!!

i'll be doing the same and also adding a safc2 as well to fine tune it on the dyno. im hoping to net at least 175whp with a moderate tune. im also going to be using the g20 trans for longer gearing so hopefully that helps

oh in no way am i a boost virgin, ive had my awd 20g eclipse, two boosted sr's (one 10:1 and an 8.5:1 det).. i ran 9psi on the t25 setup 10:1 and i usually ran 15-17psi on the t25 8.5:1 det. the eclipse was a whole other story.. 20psi on a 20g that flowed like crazy!!

my plan with the vvl is stock 7psi on a t25 with an excellent tune and afr of 11.5:1
hopefully that will keep it together for awhile!
