GTIR 4 Throttle On SR20VE-T

Please tell me if im heading in the wrong direction,

If you had a spare SR20VE intake to cut up ,Can any fabricating be done to work this Pulsar Intake on the VE?
Will it work with a JWT ECU Tuned for Cobra MAF and Stock GTIR Injectors + BB T28 on a VE Head???

saw guys saying it will be expensive to work up , but has anyone ever got through with this yet ?

I have heard (read on this site IIRC) that the Ve intake will outflow the quad tb gti-r intake.

I don't remember if anyone had flow data to back it up or not so take my statement however you like.

Now for the pure coolness and awesome sound it would produce I say go for it!

The GTiR itb setup is horrible, I was just looking at it for my 16ve , but to be honest, altho it would be pretty straightforward to fit, theres some serious direction changes in the inlet tract, I guess to fit the factory plenum under the GTiR bonnet.
Toymota 4age 20v itb's would be a much better option imho, altho would need a complete custom install.
The GTiR setup is easier to setup on the engine but I think the power gains would be a lot less than the 20v ,which is pretty much a straight line.
A 70mm tb on a slightly more volumn factory setup would probably work as well.

What about if its for a RWD Project , I dont think there will be Clearance issues as if it was for FWD?

S13 SR20DET Bottom end
P11 sr20ve head ported
GTIR JWT ECU tuned for 440cc and Cobra MAF
T28 Ball Bearing with header
X Trail HG
ARP Studs
3'' Side exit

or will it just be better and less complicated and just get the GTIR 440cc injectors to work on the VE intake and call it a day ?

Im saying the design of the GTiR itb is awefull ,partially if not entirely due to having to fit the plenum under the bonnet.
My car is sr16ve rwd ....
