Rpm switch needed for vvl?

Okay so I was told that if I buy a nistune I wouldn't need a greddy mss or apexi to activate the vvl but Im not to sure if that's the way to go!

don't know what board you've got but type 3 board don't change cams.dozens of aussie's use greddy's etc with nistune here.

cheers for the info.there a couple in other us sites,but they don't ship o/s.as their discontinued now,their getting harder to get.

considered other switches.
