VE running great and track tested

I literally turned the last bolt and jumped in the car for a 350 mile drive on Thursday. On Friday I ran the car at Pocono (East course) and it performed flawlessly. I am really loving the VE it totally rocks! Mine is still sorta cobbled together too so its going to be even stronger once optimized. I am currently running a stock de ecu, bored de maf, Stillen gen 2 header, stock midpipe, Borla rear section. I'll post some pics later today and update my swap process thread also.

That’s the beauty of the VE. NA reliability and ease of tuning.

Sounds similar to my set-up for the first 2 weeks. To me there was a noticeable difference when I got the ECU reprogrammed. There was probably a little more power, but the biggest differences were:

1) Smoother running
2) Much better idling

Best of all, the lift-throttle "popping" is back!
