i have beaten gsr powered civics. either someone cant drive, isnt running right, or the civic is NOT lightly modded.

the VE wasnt running good... i beat gsr's in eg hatchs on my DE soo yea... the Ve was running like sh*t or the driver was a blind man that had no legs.
