oops

i know i might get flamed for this but does take the same modifications to put a sr16ve in a 1.6 b13 as it would for sr20de swap?

yes same as putting a sr20de into a 1.6 search how to put in sr20de into 1.6 and follow same guides

I think what walabe25 meant was is there any difference swapping a 1.6 to a VE compared to a DE to VE swap......I took it the other way though (like most have it seems), as in is converting the 1.6 to VE the same as converting 1.6 to DE......just worded so you could read it either way.

he wants to know if its just as easy to swap a sr16ve into a 1.6 as it is to swap a sr20ve into a 2.0 litre powered car. the answer is no. a sr16 swap into a 1.6 car is just as hard as swapping a sr20ve into a 1.6 car, if not a bit harder. lots of parts needed. might as well pretend your putting in a 2.0
