Re: Sr20ve Factory Manual

hey supercowboy, i noticed in your signature you say no jwt parts. is that because you have beef with JWT, or because you want to show people you can get a good amount of HP without resorting to chip upgrades and jwt bolt ons? Im just wondering because by the looks of what you wrote, your NX looks like it has a VE in it, am i right? With any luck i should have one in mine within a year or so. Man that would be sweet.

I second that. I am always interested in people taking the unbeaten path.

Re: Sr20ve Factory Manual

yes my nx does have a de in it. I dont believe in the JWT ecu since I only gained 1 hp. pretty poor for 600 bucks. I added 10 with an afc. I have drivin the car for over 20000 miles on pump gas. so I guess it can be possible to make more power other ways. I will be putting a VE in my NX. It seems I have been having problems with my JWT turbo program too. Those guys should get on the ball with sh*t. 1 month wait for an ecu is ridiculus too.

Re: Sr20ve Factory Manual

what about the extra rpm headroom? There's no way around a 7500rpm rev-limit with out a JWT ecu. I think it;s awesome that it makes 185whp with only 7500rpm, but couldnt you make more with maybee a more useable pwerband for racing with 8000rpm?
ps-sorry to hijack.

Re: Sr20ve Factory Manual

There is a way around the rev-limiter without a JWT ecu.
