Re: P12 retainer

The P12's just have one spring, where the other VVL motors have two right?

So do you just use the stock inner springs with the P12 outer spring and the stock retainer, or just the P12 spring and stock retainer and leave out the inner spring?

Just curious....

Re: P12 retainer

Yeah I got 20V cam now,
work will be done in a month, I'll share my dyno result with you guys,
remember that I mentioned about the TWEAKIT EFI quad TB kit? it doesnt fit for sure,
so I end up cutting the edge off and recast to match with my intake.
cost me alot of money X_X

Re: P12 retainer

I'm just asking what you did for the valve springs... or did you have a shop do the installation?

Re: P12 retainer

justin, you can use p12 outer spring and any inner spring with the p11 retainers. the p12 is identical except it uses a different keeper arrangement that doesnt fit the valve properly. also get in contact with me about those mounts.

Re: P12 retainer

Yeah but that's in New Zeland Dollars so it would be like $575-625 US dollars for both, that's not bad at all.
