SR20VE Header specs

Urgently need info on the best header for the SR20VE. Have to get a custom one made and need to know what size of primaries, lenth, downpipe, 4-2-1? Any info appreciated.

Also, what's the price on MSD or MSS?

Re: SR20VE Header specs

Thanks Gary. Any info on the header? Where did you get the Fujitsubo from?

And hows your project coming along btw? Is the pulsar VE running as yet?

Re: SR20VE Header specs

Is it specifically made for the VE?

One more thing. Did you just fit your VE as you bought it or did you change wp, oil pump, rings, bearing ot anything like that?

Are the rings and bearings on these motors same as a DE high port or low port?

Re: SR20VE Header specs

wow! Thats the first header that I have seen that has a nice collector design! most headers that I have seen on the market have a far from optimized header collector, that is a true merged header. Nice job.

Re: SR20VE Header specs

Yeah nice header!! What make is that? The pics are going straight to my exhaust guy to make the custom header for my VE project.....

Did you use oil pump etc. off a DE motor? If so which one - LP or HP?

PS: What are the diameter on the primaries there?

Are there any cons to a stainless steel header?

Re: SR20VE Header specs

?? its for a a 200sx with sr20ve doent matter what oil pump i use.. Oil pump is internal . i told you 1/3/4 stepped into 1/7/8th into 4-1 $$$$ collector..and its SS. SS just looks better and last long and doesnt rust as easy. Its custom header not into mass production .
