Using my stock tach I'm shifting at 7300-7400 It cuts out at 7500, and I'm using Kumho 512's (195's).

SR16 tranny is like running a honda tranny. The gearing is about the same or not off by much. They only thing left would be weight. I'm sure we have about 200lbs on them.

Yea this is true but some honda jdm trannys come with 4.8 F.D. Its not something you want for dailydriving but Im looking into getting a 5.1 F.D.

I don't have it yet.Right now I have my b15 tranny sent out to a company so they can take it apart and give me a price on the 5.1.I choose 5.1 because most guys in allmotor street class(hondas and VW) run anywhere from 4.8-5.1 F.D for 1/4 mile and have good results. From speaking to the company it looks like it will cost 1,000 or more .

Well, as soon as my suspension is done I will be heading out to E-Town probably in the fall when the weather cools off a bit. I havent really seen too many people run with the sr16ve. My sr16 came with the sr16 tranny also, and when my ecu is done I will be able to rev to 8500. With these two elements combined, im hoping to get the most out of my 1.6 litre.
